Your main responsibilities: Deploy plant & corporate safety procedures & ensure a safe working environment. Management of production departments. Create and promote Continuous Improvement Culture Ensure optimum operating and production objectives. Control over budget, material and manage work of new shift. Hire, develop, maintain Team Leaders/other staff and coach them in developing and recognize their workforce. Manage delivery of good pieces on time through Min_Max on order to keep inventory level and attend master schedule. Ensure compliance with TS 16949, ESH, ISO 18000 norms and process in responsible area. Manage scrap, eliminate wastes and demonstrated proactive quality approach. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. 3 year experience in manufacturing area & 1 year experience in managing people. Managerial skills. Knowledge of production & quality processes, Continuous Improvement and Lean System tools, ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, EHS systems. Ability to be communicative with English speaking. Problem solving and decision making skills.
