PST is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate supporting our Electronic Materials Division serving the semiconductor market. This position will be based out of the PST facility located in Orangeburg, NY.

Primary responsibilities :

  • The fielding and processing of customer inquiries from both small and large accounts assigned from within the United States and Canada. This includes the processing of Requests for Quotes, Specification Reviews, general information inquiries and processing of sales orders.
  • Act as an inside sales representative for designated customer accounts providing pro-active customer contact and a high level of ongoing customer service.
  • Work in high paced team environment, maintain organization and follow-up on items assigned in order to respond to the Customer or the Sales Account Manager in a timely manner is critical to this role

Required qualifications :

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years in Customer Service or Sales
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in high paced team environment

Preferred qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Customer Service support in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical understanding of Machine Shop environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle tools
