Reports To

The Systems Sales Engineer will report to the Managing Director.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Sales Engineer to join our growing company. The successful candidate will work with the Managing Director to effectively drive sales for Twinrock’s suite of systems products & services. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to presales, client relationship management, productizing and campaign creation.

We trust that as a Systems Sales Engineer, you can put your passion for sales management into selling our solutions and converting leads into customers.

Responsibilities – Systems Sales Engineer

1. Preparing effective presentations and selling points for our clients

2. Qualifying leads – attend meetings, make cold calls, conduct prospect research to determine viability of leads.

3. Indoor sales - Promote our range of products and solutions in security products

4. Evaluate and recommend relevant Security Surveillance products to incorporate into our solutions.

5. Submitting quotations/ proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.

6. Coordinating with the operations team and contractors on-site for projects and site surveys.

7. Actively explore new sales opportunities with new partners/ distributors in assigned markets.


• Excellent customer relationship skills are a must

• Keen Learner

• Great communication skills; both verbal and written.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

• Diploma or above in engineering, IT, marketing or business administration.

• Min 3 years working experience in sales or any customer-facing role.

• Knowledge of security hardware, network administration, or IOT is a bonus.
