We are a lithium ion battery recycling startup that uses our patented world’s first electrochemical process to recycle batteries. We strive to push for a cleaner battery recycling environment, for a better place for our families. We do this by transforming the recycling industry by reducing pollution and contributing to a cleaner battery recycling environment. With support from Temasek Foundation, Momentum VC (SMRT) and local battery players, we are building our plant in Singapore.

We are a young and fast growing startup, looking for individuals who have the energy and willingness to push the boundaries of technologies. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skill sets to help with the scaling up of our business.

Job scope:

Design, plan, source, and oversee, the end to end pilot level recycling process
Assemble, operate and maintain pilot scale recycling system
Develop and implement safety procedures for our team
Facilitate trial production to support product improvement and development
Identify areas of opportunities for process improvement, modification and optimization ideas

Requirements:

Qualifications: Masters in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Self-driven, independent and resourceful
Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
Possess good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication in English
Good to have knowledge in any of these areas; flow battery, redox flow processes, electrochemical processes, fuel cell
