Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the engineering test activities mainly on System / System Component Test level.
Develop and align the test activities/strategies with other disciplines (SW, HW, ME, Q) in most efficient manner
Lead team towards achievements of timing, budget, quality framework and secure customer satisfaction
Plan and achieve the optimum test coverage with a minimum effort.
Responsible for the application of test method, test case design rules and support / review the test specifications in design & development
Ensure complete requirements coverage between Test cases and requirements for all responsible modules
Release of test specifications and test equipment to the project on time
Product launch test activities within R&D organization
Defect tracking and reporting on time after each test cycle
Prepare and submit the reports required for all test related activities to project team
Ensure collaboration with international cross functional teams.
Provide technical coaching of team members

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree (e.g. Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics, Communications)
Min. 5 years relevant work experience in test engineering
Demonstrated experience in automotive electronic, including design, simulation, validation and test
Min. 2 relevant projects completed and good experience in project management and process lifecycle
Experience in test automation, test equipment and test concept for mass production
Experience in leading and coaching new colleagues and interns
Good oral and written communication skills.
