In this customer facing role you’ll lead in the day-to-day management of services, ensuring that theservices always meet the consumer’s expectations. You’ll be the pivotal escalation point that harmonisesthe communicationbetween stakeholderswho own the service, the internalteams that manage the service and external 3rd partypartners who support the service,ensuring a consistent approach to the delivery, support, and reporting of services.
You’ll be involved in a range of activities including:
-Defining, measuring and reporting service performance for incident & problem management across the service to meet business objectives
-Providing service insights and continuous improvements reporting through regular service reviews
-Work simultaneously with customers on Acceptance into Service transition readiness activities
To be successful in this role you will havethe following:
Considerable experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience in leading a technical oriented service team
-Be ITIL 4 qualified orhave an in-depth knowledgeof Service Management Frameworks with a focuson Service Operations and Service Delivery in a large scale, multi-location environment
-Strong technical knowledge
-The abilityto influence a team to work andexceed service levels, and to identify and solve unstructured problems.
