Basic Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

An RF Design Engineer is being sought to develop products for the latest high-tech secure surveillance and broadcast communications systems. We’re looking for an all-round design engineer that has a proven track record in product design, that can work in a small team of RockStar engineers.
Experience in many of the following areas is required:
Design and validate RF electronic circuits and systems (including: RF amplifier, communications modulation/demodulation, small signal analog front end, signal conditioning, and antennas).
Design of RF transceiver subsystems including COFDM based designs.
RF PCB design techniques including material selection, multi-layer RF transition design and validation and board-to-board RF transitions, PCBA layout and construction techniques.
Simulation tool driven design, such as ADS, Genesys, HFSS or CST.
Familiarity with Antenna design, including types and tradeoffs.
Interface experience including analog interfacing with high-speed ADCs and DACs.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strong decision-making, organizational skills with initiative. Able to produce quality work with minimal checking or oversight.
Strong hands-on skills including prototyping/soldering and the use of a full range of instrumentation including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers etc
The candidate must be an excellent communicator, be able to multitask, and work well on collaborative designs as a key member in a small team.
Altium CAD, including RF placement and layout would be an advantage.
Ability to design baseband electronics and power supplies would be a plus.
Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. Combined Salary Range: USD $129,500.00 - USD $143,700.00 /Yr. Company Overview:
