Expected Pay Range: $105,000-$120,000
Job Summary: This position will provide you with the opportunity to use your engineering skills to drive new automation projects, expand your knowledge of aluminum design and industrial manufacturing processes, and work with colleagues in a wide variety of disciplines, from manufacturing engineers to market analysts. This person will work closely with our plants manufacturing teams as well as working closely with integrators, robotic vendors, and other industrial suppliers.
Min of 5 years’ experience as Controls/Mechatronics engineer preferably in a production environment.
Fluency in English required.
B.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to effectively drive projects through a manufacturing organization with limited direction.
Familiarity with metals (aluminum preferred) and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of integration tools, PLC’s, robotics, industrial communication, and programming.
Machine vision focusing on vision measurement strongly desirable.

Oversee the work of suppliers and integrators in accordance with project requirements
Design Automation systems for industrial tasks
Review advanced electronic control systems
Developing and implementing process techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
Work with Product Development teams on process concepts, equipment requirements, and new technologies
Upgrade existing equipment with control functions
Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
Conduct studies to determine the feasibility, costs, or performance benefits of new equipment
75% travel required.
