SEPAM is seeking a highly experienced Automation, Control, and Instrumentation Systems Engineers to work on complex automation projects from initial design and development through facility validation in support of defined objectives.
These roles require the capability to define and set the technical direction for the Automation Vendor Team, delivering automation design, commissioning, and startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex automation projects from the initial design and development phase through to the validation of the facility, ensuring alignment with defined project objectives.
- Define and set the technical direction for the Automation Vendor Team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and a clear project vision.
- Apply a minimum of 10 years' experience to deliver automation design, commissioning, and startup activities (Oil & Gas, Pharma or large industry).
- Constructively challenge, defend, and present technical aspects of system design to ensure robust and efficient project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant 3rd level qualification in Automation, Control Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering automation design, automation system architectures, commissioning and startup activities
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to challenge, defend, and present technical aspects of system design.
