Mechanical Analyst

Job Description:

                Managing the maintenance Database into the Maintenance Management System MAXIMO CMMS; establish requirements for all types of maintenance to all Mechanical equipment in the plant e.g. (Compressors, Pumps, Turbines, blowers etc).

                Select the equipment to be submitted to Preventive Maintenance, in conjunction with Production requirements, and define for each:

- PM intervals I frequency

- Maintenance instructions (Work Texts)

 - Estimated works Duration

- Material requirements (spare parts and consumables)

- Special tools

 - Technical documentation

                All action required for an accurate collection of information, Prepare and submit technical reports (i.e. Failure analyses reports, Availability, Reliability, Maintainability studies) and statistical studies, in order to improve the maintenance process and plant design.

                Perform periodical check of stock parameters relevant to inventory of spare parts, defining variation of transactions to secure spare parts availability.

                Prepare S.O.W. to maintenance works, some minor plant connection and modifications, minor plant mechanical retrofitting.

Educational level and Training:

                Bachelor's. Degree in Electrical Power Generation or Diploma in Electrical & Controls or HNC/HND or equivalent Diploma from a Technical College.

                English language (speaks, read and write) is vital.

Required Experience:

                At least with 10 years experience working in gas plant complex, maintenance planning & engineering.

  Experience in MAXIMO or Similar CMMS.

                Knowledgeable on reading, interpreting technical drawings, P & diagrams and flow charts.

                Able to work as member of multi nationality team.

                Able to mentor local junior staff with technical and professional development
