Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering tailored end fitting systems to customer projects worldwide.
- Own and oversee the entire engineering scope-from design concept, analysis, and documentation to hands-on production support and technical validation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, production teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure engineering solutions meet expectations in quality, schedule, and functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing tools, workflows, and engineering best practices that elevate performance across the department.
- Manage resources strategically, planning team capacity, supporting individual development, and cultivating a culture of ownership, technical curiosity, and collaboration.
- Represent engineering leadership in cross-functional meetings and be a key voice in project planning, design reviews, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with a strong engineering background and the ability to drive both technical excellence and team performance. You should bring:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering - preferably within Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams in a project-driven environment.
- Deep technical insight into mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve and innovate.
- The ability to navigate complex projects involving global and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English preferably also Danish
Nice to have:
- Experience in offshore, subsea, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors.
- Familiarity with project-based matrix organizations.
