We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to drive and deliver high-impact internal projects across the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) organization. This role is fully focused on leading cross-functional, non-commercial projects-such as enterprise system implementations, business improvement initiatives, and the transformation of internal business processes.
You'll own projects from strategic alignment through execution and post-review, with direct visibility among senior stakeholders. This position is ideal for a seasoned project professional who combines strong leadership and PM discipline with a deep understanding of organizational change, digital transformation, and value-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional internal projects aligned with SPS strategic goals and business value.
- Own full project lifecycles-from early scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review.
- Prioritize and manage initiatives based on value, timelines, resources, and organizational readiness.
- Define and oversee scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project KPIs to track performance and support decisions.
- Present regular updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance boards.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change management through clear communication and engagement across departments.
- Ensure adoption and integration of new processes or systems.
- Mentor junior project leads and promote a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and HSE policies, while contributing to the development of internal project frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in systems implementation or business transformation within large organizations
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering, Business, IT, or related discipline
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Formal PM training required; certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience working in production, energy, or oil & gas industries highly valued
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management across complex organizations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) at a technical and business level
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link execution to business value
- Familiarity with change management principles (certification is a plus)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI and project portfolio tools are a strong advantage
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently across multiple teams
