SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Information Technology, to join the team at the Arlington, VA headquarters. This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools and systems supporting our LNG plants. The Senior Project Manager will conduct feasibility studies, select solutions, and design/implement business-driven technology applications and tools. This position includes project management responsibilities, financial/budget management, and control of project costs, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for the acquisition, implementation, or development of software components, hardware, or computer application systems.
• Manage vendors/contractors to ensure delivery aligns with contracted value and services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Plan team resource needs and collaborate with other managers to set clear expectations and roles for project team members.
• Participate in process and technology re-engineering.
• Analyze and recommend implementation options.
• Provide business and technical integration across all related business activities.
• Communicate plans, statuses, and issues to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or management information systems.
• 10 or more years of professional experience in project management, implementing technology solutions in the energy facility or related industry.
• Experience in application development, including successful implementation of new technology.
• Demonstrated competency in project management and execution of multiple or larger projects.
• Demonstrated successful development and implementation of new work processes or process improvements.
• Experience working with stakeholders to develop solutions to complex business problems.
• Ability to recommend, design, and implement technology solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Strong technical skills directing technical professionals.
• Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing solutions, documenting them, and presenting to senior management.
• Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading-edge technology.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and system design skills.
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
