Function description

Our clients are regularly on the lookout for Works Managers. Therefore, we are looking to get in touch with candidates for future roles that are expected to come in.

As a Works Manager, you will be responsible for the work preparation and execution. In this role, you report operational progress to the Project Manager. You are expected to be able to provide operational guidance to different parties.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the necessary work between all involved parties
• Be the contact person for operational inquiries
• Report progress to the Project Manager
• Coordinate the mobilization of the vessel with vessel management
• Provide operational guidance as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and coordination skills
• Good English
• Openness to work on-site occasionally
• Experience with maritime projects as well as its operations
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to work within time and budget constraints
