Logistic / Materials Coordinator

This position provides an opportunity to be involved in one of the world's largest operating CCSU projects. The CO2 Long Term Optimization Project (LTOP) is being formed to support the optimization of the existing Carbon Capture and Storage facilities on Barrow Island.

Responsibilities:

• Materials Management (MM) activities in Perth, Henderson, Karratha / Dampier and Barrow Island
• Execute to the project material management process and procedures utilizing base business tools and resources.
• Support the delivery of Phase 4 Project Material Management deliverables.
• Interface with EPC contractor Engineering and Procurement teams, to ensure maximizing of Chevron cataloged materials and tracking of materials between EPC contractor and Chevron systems.
• Material status reporting using existing tools and resources and as required develop new reports to support business needs.
• Maintain Project freight forecast and ABU SCM freight forecast.
• Engage and align with Project Logistics Coordinator to understand project materials movement schedules.
• Support Phase 4 project logistics movements

• Project Engineering and Procurement contractor
• Project Engineering, Wells and Facilities teams
• Project Support functions (Project Controls, HSE, Quality)
• ABU SCM (Materials, Procurement, Contracts, Logistics, Supply Base and Site Services)
• Barrow Island Contractors

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Data analytics using Excel and Power BI. Ability to develop Power BI reporting to support freight forecasts and materials management.
• Knowledge of ABU Materials Management tool (JDE) and procedures
• Experience in storage and preservation of materials.
• Experience in materials receipting process.
• Experience in disposal of surplus materials.
• Broad understanding of logistical and materials planning processes
• Ability to work closely with procurement and logistics functions in execution of end-to-end Supply Chains
