Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team on-site in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the execution and management of electrical engineering projects for client operations. Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Electrical Design: Develop and review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings for various projects, including power distribution systems, lighting systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering matters, including equipment selection, installation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical systems and equipment. Prioritize safety in all aspects of project execution and operations.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives and deliver optimal solutions.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to electrical engineering projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electrical systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with specific experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards
- Proficiency in electrical design software, such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
