SEPAM is seeking experienced Project Managers for major customer projects in Energy and Infrastructure across the Middle East. We have a number of high profile and exciting projects that require excellent Electrical, Mechanical and Process Project Managers and we are growing our Saudi Arabia Project Management team to support this.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or PhD) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale mechanical engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, equipment, and processes, with a focus on design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software applications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations governing mechanical engineering practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
