SEPAM is seeking experienced BIM Engineers and Porject Managers for major customer projects in Energy and Infrastructure across the Middle East. We have a number of high profile and exciting projects that require excellent Talent in Building Information Modelling and we are growing our Saudi Arabia BIM team to support this.

We are seeking talented and experienced BIM Engineers and Project Managers to join our dynamic team. The BIM professionals will play a critical role in leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives for oil and gas engineering projects, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM methodologies and technologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation: Lead the implementation of BIM processes, standards, and technologies across oil and gas engineering projects. Develop BIM execution plans, workflows, and protocols to meet project requirements and objectives.

2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and clients, to integrate BIM into project workflows effectively. Coordinate BIM activities, including model development, clash detection, and model-based collaboration, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

3. Model Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and management of BIM models for oil and gas facilities, including process plants, pipelines, refineries, and offshore platforms. Ensure models accurately represent the physical and functional characteristics of the project and comply with industry standards and regulations.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BIM deliverables. Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and model validation to identify and resolve issues proactively and minimize rework during the design and construction phases.

5. Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on BIM methodologies, tools, and best practices within the oil and gas industry. Provide technical guidance and training to project teams to enhance BIM capabilities and promote continuous improvement in BIM workflows and processes.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors, to communicate BIM requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM engineering or project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
3. Proficiency in BIM software platforms, such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley AECOsim, and Navisworks.
4. Strong understanding of oil and gas engineering principles, processes, and standards.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM on complex engineering projects.
7. BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
