Our client is a leading Tier One Miner. They are now seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join their team based in the Pilbara. • Lead a strong reliability-based culture within the maintenance department.
• Create a high-performance team culture by leading and mentoring site-based engineers, graduate/vacation engineers to reach their full potential.
• Work with leadership to define KPIs and work with reliability engineers to deliver upon these KPI's
• Support HME maintenance managers and superintendents understand and improve fleet performance
• Assist site-based reliability engineers manage workload and priorities.
• Work with HME specialists to optimise strategies, OEM engagement & escalations.
• Ensure fleet performance is well understood and all major maintenance drivers are being addressed.
• Provide reliability support to site to ensure that equipment is being maintained in accordance with our maintenance strategies and WOL plans.
• Provide coverage of other core RE duties in the event of RE team absenteeism

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Leadership / management training
• 4+ years experience in a heavy mobile maintenance environment, or similar role
• Proven reliability experience
• Well-developed verbal and written skills
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
