Senior Digital Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Power BI to meet business intelligence needs, including data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver optimal value.
• Engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organization to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with the digital transformation agenda.
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to guide decision-making and strategy development.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital space.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices in project management and technology implementation are followed.
• Facilitate training and development sessions on Power BI and other digital tools to enhance team capabilities and drive adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in a tech/digital consultancy role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital transformation projects.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data visualization, DAX, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of IT strategy development, digital transformation principles, and technology trends.
• Excellent project management skills, with certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent being highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience in tech consulting firm will be highly advantageous i.e., PWC, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.
