- Brunel International is looking for a Senior\nSpecialist Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a\ncreative and experienced designer with a keen understanding of the latest\ndesign trends for OTT platform content, digital marketing, and advertisements;
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing eye-catching and\neffective promotional materials, maintaining brand concept and guidelines,\nadapting designs to suit different devices, collaborating with cross-functional\nteams, analyzing performance of visual content, keeping abreast of industry\ntrends, creating visually appealing posts for social media channels,\nconceptualizing and executing design elements for online/offline campaigns and\npromotions.
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist\nGraphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen\nunderstanding of the latest design trends for OTT platform content, digital\nmarketing, and advertisements;
- The successful candidate will be responsible for\ndesigning eye-catching and effective promotional materials such as thumbnails,\nposters, banners, newsletter designs, advertisement banners and other marketing\ncollateral including content creation for the visuals. They will also maintain\nthe implementation and consistency use of brands guide across all visuals used\non various digital channels and online/offline marketing activities;
- Additionally they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand\nuser requirements and translate them into visually cohesive designs as well as\nguide the cross functional team on the project with the latest trends on\nDesigns and visual user experience .
- 5-6 years of experience based on progression ladder in a similar environment (Telecom Industry);
- 4+ years' experience in Online Channels;
- 4+ years' experience in eCommerce Platform and Management;
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design work, presentations, e-commerce channel profiles work, and advertisement campaigns designs;
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro);
- Strong understanding of branding principles;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
- Interpersonal/collaboration skills;
- Communication skills (including ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication; understand and follow written instructions);
- Time management skills;
- Problem solving skills (including ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner);
- Quality of work skills;
- Strong creative thinking & problem solving skills;
- Detail oriented with focus on delivering high quality designs;
- Demonstrated knowledge in the following required;
- Excellent communication & writing skills including spelling grammar punctuation composition editing & proofing;
- Adept at social media platforms & online content management systems;
- Experience generating non text content such as photographs for website mobile app & tv smart screens;
- Proficiency in eCommerce or OTT Platform design elements & posts for website mobile app & tv smart screens;
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) & user experience (UX) design principles;
- Familiarity with streaming platforms & their user interfaces.
