AUSTRALIA/NZ CAMPAIGN - MEGA WORKSHOP

We will be running an extensive campaign for jobs in Saudi Arabia during the last week in April. Preference for these jobs, is for Australia and New Zealand natives, or people currently based in Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a U.S. and Global Income Tax Specialist to join the Controller's Division of Company. The U.S. and Global Income Tax Specialist is accountable for the activities of the Tax Management Unit group. The specialist is responsible for the U.S. and Global payroll and income tax activities. The responsibilities include the review of tax files and timely approvals based on the U.S. and global tax regulations. Assisting the Companies employee tax compliance and global mobility requirements.

The Specialist will work as a point of contact for the employees and the contractors to identify the Companies tax compliance requirements and fulfill the Saudi Aramco tax obligations. The specialist will review the changes in the tax codes, treaties and policies on a regular basis and implement the required updates.

Minimum requirements

As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a degree in a relevant field from a recognized and approved program. A certification such as CPA is desirable.

You will have a minimum of ten years' experience in complex, multinational global tax matters (US., EU, UK, APAC, MENA) and big 4 tax compliance and consulting experience is highly desirable.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee programming of an entirely new tax withholding platform/system with assistance of AP&S and SAP application programmers

• Oversee programming and implementation for tax reporting of U.S. payroll employees

• Assist Executive comp & HRP&P with their tax quires related to U.S. income tax & executive compensation, & review Executive Payroll

• Review & approve the U.S. and Global tax reporting filings, monthly, quarterly, & annually

• Research regularly the U.S. and global tax code & regulations for any tax updates to enable in the annual SAP programming updates

• Assist in reviewing the U.S. calculations related to U.S. Federal Income Tax Withholding, Hypothetical tax, & the Current Federal Income Tax Reimbursement for all U.S. payroll employees

• Assist in reviewing the U.S. Federal & State tax balancing for U.S. new hires

• Process Electronic Transmission of the U.S. tax data to the Social Security Administration (SSA) for all U.S. payroll tax documents on an annual basis

• Provides with tax consultation to employees related to chapter 8, Global payroll, & U.S. tax laws & regulations

• Research and update U.S. tax wage types in the SAP Payroll System

• Review and remit funds to U.S. tax authorities

• Prepare and remit to U.S. government and employees all required tax reporting forms and electronic files.

• Assist the Companies employee foreign assignments with the review and approval of the tax filings, tax balancing and the tax remittances

• Review and implementation of global tax law changes and tax policy updates

• Provides tax advisory consultation & support services
