JOB TITLE: SENIOR ENGINEER – PROCESS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise the review of design calculations, ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications.
• Experience in onshore gas processing, technical process safety studies for oil and gas production facilities.
• Evaluate project reliability and maintainability issues, and supporting to identify design changes required to assure operational needs are met.
• Perform technical and process safety audits. Review maintenance and performance of Safety Critical equipment and systems and advise on improvements or modifications.
• Review Control room Logs and advise where plant is not performing to design or any equipment requires maintenance

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Typically, a degree qualified Chemical or Process Engineer.
• 7+ years’ experience of operation experience in gas sector.
• OPITO Certified H2S training certificate, is preferred.
• Confined Space entry training certificate and experience.
• Working at Height training certificate and experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of safe system of work and CMMS work order management process.
• Experience to work in Gas processing facilities and sites operating with acid gas (high H2S content)
