• Strong skills in PowerPoint, other Office 365 applications and graphical design/movie creation software

Join the sustainability and performance direction in TotalEnergies Angola as a transverse Change Management Coordinator to support the Carbon Footprint Reduction division.

In charge of the internal and external communication and in support to the head of the CFR and GHG reduction division, your main missions will be:

1/ Internal communication:

• Creation and execution TEPA Carbon Footprint Reduction communication plan. The communication plan promotes new CFR initiatives, provides information of affiliate positioning versus Company objectives and prepares internal stakeholders for the change toward Net Zero ;
• Organization and deployment of awareness campaigns in TEPA on Carbon Footprint projects like Closed Flare, electrification, ... as well as emissions reductions roadmaps like methane reduction, diesel reduction, ...
• Creation of communication content to be published on the internal communication channels (Viva Engage, Yammer, WAT, newsletter, ....) ;
• Visual layout creation and content supply of the CFR GHG SharePoint site.
• Creation and verification of presentation material in support of the CFR GHG division. Presentation material in form of PowerPoints, posters, newsletters, videos....
• Creation of CFR visual roadmaps for TEPA.
• In charge to deploy the available communication tools provided by HQ in TEPA
• Support the TEPA assets with the creation of visual content of achieved CFR initiatives. Level of involvement and support to the assets depending on type of initiative and existing organizational structure in the assets.

2/ External communication:

• Point of contact during for CFR/GHG division during the organization of external events (the Oil and gas conference, FILDA, ...)
• Support the CFR GHG division team members with the visual content of slides for presentations on external events.

3/ Energy management System:

• Organize and deploy the yearly communication and awareness strategy for the ISO50001 Energy Management System
• In charge of the visual layout creation and content supply of the Energy management SharePoint site.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

The affiliate will provide a FLATSHARE accommodation.
