Activities

The Heavy Duty market team is based in Paris and Singapore. The Junior Market Manager will be based in Paris.

The Heavy Duty Market Managers are responsible for various market segments: engine/transmission oils for heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, etc., and their role is to..:

- Develop and deploy product ranges dedicated to their segment worldwide, in line with market trends, manufacturer standards, consumer expectations, etc...

- Monitor and manage the economic performance of their product ranges (volumes, margins, etc.).

- Develop adapted and innovative marketing tools to promote their ranges, products, etc.

- Support TotalEnergies Lubrifiants subsidiaries in terms of range strategy, marketing, marketing tools, etc.

The team's activities are highly cross-functional and multicultural. It is very important that the work-study student is comfortable with teamwork and working on a wide range of subjects in an international context.

As part of his/her work-study program, the Junior Market Manager will be responsible for..:

- Project management for the development of marketing tools (Print / Digital) for B2B markets with communications agencies and various in-house entities (Communications and Packaging, Technical Product Engineering, etc.).

- Market research, economic performance analysis and range development recommendations

- Development of product/service launch and range animation plans.

The Junior Market Manager will be fully autonomous once he/she has familiarized him/herself with the team's operations and processes.
