• Master degree in finance

Technical skills :

• Good knowledge of accounting and finance

Computing skills :

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Languages :

• French: C1

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Congo in Pointe-Noire !

As Joint-ventures Financial Monitoring Officer and attached to Finance Department / Budget-Reporting, you will support the activity of the Join Ventures Finance service (budgets, reporting and invoicing to Partners / Customers for the Terminal) and your main tasks will be as follows :

• Reporting to partners: issuance of reports on our activities (operating costs) and variance analysis
• Partner financing: issuing cash-calls and billings on our operated JVs
• Participation in budget brochures for committees with Partners
• Participation in monthly closings
• Monitoring of partner accounts in the SAP tool, analysis and configuration of accounts
• Ad hoc responses to transversal requests from other TEPC Departments
• Contribution to responses during Partner audits
• Interactions with other entities of the Finance Department and the Business Department, as well as with our Partners on JVs.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

The affiliate will provide a FLATSHARE accommodation.
