Computing skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Query is a plus

As a Supply & Logistics Officer, your mains tasks will be :

• Contribute to the monthly supply planning for all resources of TEMD MS taking into account all economic and technical conditions (including all purchasing and sales volumes and prices)
• Optimization of resources for the main products in all depots in order to minimize the costs of the entire subsidiary
• Optimize end customer supply from stock to maximize the store result in coordination with other departments
• Coordinate and adjust monthly quantity planning between Marketing Services and Refinery-Chemicals
• Create and develop internal analysis and statistics for resource allocation for main products and organic components
• Monthly calculation of netbacks (= profitability in /to per relation) and comparison with budget
• Participation and support in the preparation of the annual business plan
• Further development of the IT tools and LP for MS DE to optimize the use of resources or define new functionalities and coordinate the implementation (with Paris or the IT service providers)
• Carrying out and participating in specific studies and projects
• Researching, collecting, processing and evaluating information according to own initiative or given topics.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
