Candidate Profile
? Minimum 5 years' experience in RFPs and contract management and negotiation in English language (including guarantees, penalties, claims
procurement...) linked to renewables operations.
? Experience in contracting services and purchasing equipment for PV plants appreciated.
? Solid experience in contractual drafting and the ability to identify critical points. Familiarity with Spanish applicable law
? Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle or Netsuite . This includes the ability to use these systems for
procurement, accounting, and financial analysis.
? Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory
Previous significant business and/or personal experience in Spain mandatory
Activities
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management (AM), the Procurement Manager is a member of the Terib AM team and will work in daily coordination
with the Terib O&M Team. He/she is responsible for deploying the Group's procurement strategy for the operation phase and across key areas,
including:
? Preparing, reviewing, drafting, and leading the negotiation, of all aspects of the different contracts related to purchase & supply of services
and materials during the operation phase of the projects, in coordination with the O&M team, Legal department and other departments.
? Coordinate and conduct the Call for Tenders / Request for Proposals processes, as well as the suppliers' qualification processes, in accordance
with TotalEnergies' global procurement policy.
? Contribute to the evaluation of the providers' proposals.
? Define KPI allowing for the continuous improvement of the procurement process. Collects and registers all contractual-related lessons learned
from previous RFP's.
? In coordination with OM and AM managers, prepare the annual purchasing plan for the affiliate and define the purchasing strategy for the
projects' operational phase.
? Support in the elaboration and follow-up of suppliers and subcontractor's contracts in order to ensure the planned back-to-back risk coverage
with respect to other project agreements (i.e. Financing, PPA).
? Define and implement procurement strategies by segment, conducting in-depth analysis of the relevant markets and collaborating closely
with our internal teams with the final objective to promote competitions among suppliers and services provider and therefore promote cost
optimization.
? Responsible for the definition and update of all local procurement procedure AM/OM contract data base. This procedure must be aligned
with Group's procurement guidelines.
? Follow-up and management of financial and administrative tasks related with execution of purchase and supply agreements for services and
materials during the operational phase of the projects

? This position is located in Madrid office (Spain).
