Expected qualifications:

• MSc in HR with knowledge in HR processes and systems

Technical skills:

• Written and verbal communication
• Ideally, f irst relevant work experience in energy industry
• A keen interest in HR and Communication processes

Computing skills:

• Good IT skills/affinity for IT tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2
• German: level B2

As a Support for HR & Communication Department, you will be in charge of :

• Supporting talent developers and human resources officers in daily business
• Support of payroll accounting, e.g. in the system maintenance of vacation requests/shift allowances
• Crisis documentation
• Analyzing and developing HR marketing methods
• Optimization of the recruitment process
• Introduction of an onboarding process
• System maintenance of the prevailing HR system HR4USupport and expansion of digitalization at TRM
• Creation of presentations and communications
• Support in planning and organizing company events
• Procurement of marketing materials
• Support on the topic of sponsorship

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
