JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Assurance Lead Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness and continued development of the EMS Project QA management system and providing direction and support to its application on the project facilities and sites both onshore and offshore.

Implement Plan and Manage all Quality Control and Inspection activities at vendors' works, warehouse and at contractors.

Raise the profile of quality management within Client/Vendor/Contractors.

Improve Quality management system and awareness.

Ensure all clients specific Quality Requirements are established, understood and implemented.

Promote ownership of the Quality Management System by senior members of the Management Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Review and implementation of all key processes. Promote ownership.

Deliver a Robust Auditing program to schedule covering appropriate processes and procedures.

Improve the attitude and Quality Culture.

Nationalization.

Improve Supplier and contractor Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

Manage Quality Control aspects for Supply chain and contracts

Drive supplier and Contractor improvement by establishing quality criteria and performance measurement.

Promote Verification activities by engineering.

Ensure Implementation of Client/Project requirements, BP's Integrity Management Standard, ETP's, ISO29001, BP's Small Projects Common Process (SPcp).

Work towards the adoption of ISO29001.

Proactively seek resolution of issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Provide project with a robust and simple Management system that establishes Wood and client requirements

Administer Management system making changes and revising which continual improvement.

Establish a Robust and proactive reporting and tracking system.

Ensure QA and QC input activities related to each individual project scope of work determine and provide to Project SOR's, requisitions, Packages, Fabrications for major and Minor Projects.

Plan and manage the development of the existing National Team. (Nationalisation Program)

Carry out regular reviews of department performances (PDR) for QA/QC and DMG.

Manage Nonconformances, and Improvements and facilitate investigation and closure.

Raise the standard of Requisition content and process.

Review and implement Quality assurance requirements and processes for the supply of Materials and Equipment.
