JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently looking for a Tax Accountant to join our team in Atyrau.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and submit tax returns: 101.01;101.02;101.04; 200.00; 300.00. 700.00; 870.00
• Generate and submit statistics reports to statistics authorities and reports to RoK National Bank
• Post transaction that result in revenues or expenses to accounts
• Provide management, creditors, shareholders, auditors and other users of financial statements with true and comparable accounting information in the respective area of accounting
• Reconcile 1C to Oracle for taxes
• Reconcile Company & RoK State Revenue Department accounts for taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget
• Create and maintain accounting database, update reference and regulatory information used in data processing
• Control and assist in Corporate Income Tax Audit
• Support Chief Accountant with all audits
• Monitor and advise on changes in Tax, Admin & Customs Codes etc.
• Assist in preparation of Annual tax return
• Perform all instruction given by Line Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good skills in 1С
• Good written and spoken English is preferable
• Team player
• Typically has 5+ years of significant experience
• Knowledge of Oracle or other international system is preferable
• Experience of working in international company
