JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for providing day-to-day support to offshore supervisors and Field Team Lead's throughout the project life.
• Collaborate with the planning engineer to monitor progress against the plan, productivity, and non-productive ratio aligned with project estimates.
• Prepare a mobilization plan based on job cards created via approved norms.
• Coordinate with the client planning group (British Petroleum) to allocate the required POB and dates into the schedule for project implementation.
• Execute all construction-related requests from project engineers and leads, ensuring a smooth transition from design through construction and closeout.
• Swiftly respond to field issues/requests, involving the required discipline department for review and response as part of the Technical Query process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely delivery of all materials, fabrication, plant, and equipment in line with the project plan.
• Prepare multi-discipline work packs for construction work scopes, defining detailed work scopes, estimate man-hours, and allocate necessary discipline labor and supervisors.
• Estimate the required quantity of construction materials, raise and close out site engineering queries.
• Implement the completion scope in accordance with specifications, technical data, and the completion schedule.
• Participate in daily and weekly progress meetings, liaise with quality control, and monitor requirements.
• Maintain the latest revisions of all technical data, ensuring the preparation and safekeeping of "as-built" drawings and mark-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ensure closure of work packs, job cards, and Guidance on certifications following the closeout procedure.
• Raise and progress Cost Time Reports for the construction group against project requirements, managing construction CTRs in line with estimates.
• Conduct offshore surveys, provide constructability input into the design, and compile construction work packs, certifications, and job cards.
• Raise vendor requisitions and material requisitions for construction as per project requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, sub-contractors, plant, equipment, materials, and fabrications in line with project requirements.
• Establish tracking processes for tools and equipment to ensure pre-mobilization readiness and manage tracking processes for hired tools and equipment to prevent losses.
