PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, calibrate, and operate machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
- Inspect machining operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
- Determine and correct more complex machine malfunctions.
- Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
- May make calculations as well as assist with numeric controlled programming.
- Adhere to all Company policies and guidelines
- Adhere to all Company policies
- Follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Attend work per work schedule.
- Possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNC operator experience preferred
- Manufacturing or experience working with large equipment preferred
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to work to work under limited supervision
- Must possess good communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
