Overview:

An opportunity to be at the forefront of our business; collaborating with our customers, sales and services teams to identify opportunities that can be uniquely addressed by our market's leading solutions. You will utilize your experience in our products to develop a complete solution - presenting proposals to prospects through engaging demonstrations or other visual media either face to face or delivered via the web, along with detailed written descriptions of our product features.

Your domain knowledge, product experience and relationship building skills will enable your success in this role, and recognition at the most senior levels of our growing business.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Specialist for IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) software sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and activation of the software reseller model internally. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to our sales efforts and facilitate the successful adoption of our IWMS software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and support a new partner delivery model -work closely with delivery partners to identify model and governance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product configurations, demonstrations and presentations to address specific customer needs.
  • Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our IWMS software to potential customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our IWMS software, providing in-depth product knowledge and technical insights to support the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for software reseller activation and provide necessary support and training to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective pre-sales support.
  • Support partner delivery model - project manage and work closely with delivery partners to scope and successfully deliver projects to customer briefs

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role, preferably within the software industry, with a focus on conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • In-depth understanding of IWMS software solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for the activation of the software reseller model internally.
  • Technical proficiency with an aptitude for problem-solving and an eye for detail, and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements in IWMS technology.
  • The ability to clearly impart knowledge to others through product education / demonstrations.
  • Be comfortable with facilitating online sessions for meetings, scoping, and training.
  • Be motivated, a self-starter, present well, and have good interpersonal skills
