Main responsibilities:
- Chemical plant, oil refining plant, pipeline, coal chemical industry, natural gas processing and other related process simulation,
- HMI graphics development
- Integration of dynamic model with control system, safety system, etc
- Participate in some necessary acceptance work, including model acceptance and exit acceptance
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical engineering (process) or automation related
- Have a certain background in chemical industry and related knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
- Strong self-learning ability
- Able to work under pressure
- Can accommodate about 25% of business trips
- Enthusiastic and active sharing
- English listening, speaking, reading and writing
Bonus points:
- Experience in DCS configuration and other practical applications
- proficient in using process simulation software, such as Aspen HYSYS/Unisim/ProII/Dysim/MIMIC (if any)
- Experience in OTS (Operator Training Simulator) use or development
- Experience in process simulation, such as oil refining, coal chemical industry, etcQualifications (Education, Experience, Industry / Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical or Process Control.
2. Have basic understanding of the components of a Control System in lab for Honeywell Experion PKS, Emerson, Yokogawa, ABB, HollySys, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider or SupCon is preferred.
3. Basic Process knowledge and Network knowledge are preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of Advanced Solution for process industry, such as Loop Performance Control, Procedure Automation, Alarm Management and History Performance is a plus.
5. Basic knowledge of SQL database is a plus.
Skills (Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc):
1. Good command of English on oral and writing is preferred.
2. With good computer skill sets for Microsoft Office (Excel / Word etc.).
3. Work with ownership and take responsibility for any work assigned to you.
4. Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
5. Able to travel as per request, might above 3 months once a time.
6. A positive working attitudes, willing to sharing knowledge to colleagues and a good teammate.
