KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Lead, promote, and facilitate the adoption of lean Six Sigma principles, operating system processes, and tools, embedding them into ISC culture.
ü Develop and play a hands-on role in the transformation plan, ensuring robust, sustainable lean Six Sigma processes, owning the execution (impact, timeline, and dependencies) and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) process performance.
ü Coaching, educating, and developing Lean Six Sigma skills, competencies, and organizational effectiveness.
ü Engage, collaborate with, and influence across functions to ensure the lean Six Sigma strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders You will build strong relationships with the key functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with business strategy.
You Must have
ü Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
ü Experience in Digital Manufacturing tools and technology and change management
ü A track record of operational improvement through lean six sigma principles and tools, value stream maps and technology implementation at a discrete manufacturing company
ü 10+ years manufacturing experience including process design, new product / process introduction, standard work definition and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) improvement
ü Strong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
ü Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
