A leading engineering, procurement and construction company is looking for a Site Contracts Lead to work on a new metal refinery project in Hertfordshire. This will be a long-term contract role to be site based in Royston, Hertfordshire.

The Site Contracts Lead will be responsible for the administration of Site Construction Contracts for the project.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Experience in Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying working site based on Construction, Infrastructure or Energy projects.

Proven experience in the commercial administration of Construction Contracts (Civils & Buildings, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation)

Experience with Unit rate re-measurable contracts, target cost contracts, UK standard forms of contract including IChemE.

IChemE contract experience is essential for this role.
